      1. Young and energic team with high caliber. The current teams come from Meta, Tiktok... 2. Fun product that consumers can use every day, big market and opportunity. 3. Founder created a culture of collaboration, iteration and learning

      Still early stage, so it comes with the risk profile of an early-stage startup.

      Cool concept, great leadership, and growing fast!

      Pros

      I trust and believe in the leadership and the concept for this app is a great idea. It's fun being able to mesh my professional career with my personal interest in food, culture, and nightlife. This startup is in its building stage, so there is a lot of room for upward mobility and professional growth. You will have to work hard but your input is definitely valued here. And they are fair. I'm glad I accepted my current role.

      Cons

      You have to learn to be scrappy, which can be a plus or a minus depending on how you frame it. Since it's a relatively new and fast-growing company, you gotta put in the work and time here. Big payoffs for growth and performance though. The team works really hard and supports one another.

      Pros

      - Early stage enough that you can have a meaningful impact on the product and the business. - Hands off leadership allows as much ownership as you want to have. - Given the size, the org is pretty flat and leadership is approachable. - Given the stage, there’s a ton of career growth opportunities. - Really fun product to work on! - Remote and relatively diverse team.

      Cons

      - Given how early stage it is, the culture is still being figured out. Culture is more dependent on your team. - Expected growing pains as an early stage start up around processes. Not a con, but you need to enjoy a level of uncertainty to enjoy it. I do :)
