At Atomate I had a nice working experience. I was given the freedom to experiment and take decisions, while learning in the process and developing myself. It has a welcoming team and people are not just co-workers, but friends. The management is people oriented and would do the best to improve employee motivation and performance.
Cons
It is hard to leave them.
