Pros
All team mates are seniors, so the company don't make you waste the time on useless meetings and you use 99% of your time to focus and solve very interesting challenges.
Cons
The company is still a startup, to make certain things happen you've to take the lead and push. Good news is that management is very open and flexible.

Cons
Being a small company means wearing many hats. For some this can be be hard, although it does mean a broad range of experience to be gained.
