Pros

The work opportunities are really good, and the idea is also interesting. Some of the comments written show this company in a bad light, but I can tell you that those comments are wrong. I know who wrote those and why they wrote those comments. If you really want independence and flexibility in learning, Attryb is a really good place with a good management team and a great founder.

Cons

I feel some team members misuse the trust given around work commitments and flexibility; I feel management either doesn't know that or simply ignores it. This is not good in both cases.

Nice and friendly work environment. Supportive manager, food provided by company, team building activities frequently. Trip once a year. Amazing place to work for people looking for growth.

Cons

Work timings could be a bit harsh sometimes.

- Challenging and intellectually stimulation work - Focus on inputs and processes - Open culture where anyone can contribute their ideas - Excellent ESOP policy - Completely meritocratic - One of the very few profitable start-ups - Fast paced vertical growth

Cons

- Slightly stretched working hours (as is expected in any early stage startup) - Forces you to learn new things (This understandably might not work for everyone)
