Pros
Professional sales and production. Seasoned veteran staff. Nationally regarded high-end custom firm in the Technology niche, an honor to represent. Continual training is valuable, internal communications are open and efficient. This company keeps and develops good people, and finds the perfect career for them. Good money. If you are in the AV/Tech business, this is not your first job, this is the one you work towards and retire from.
Cons
Projects are sometimes complex, and solutions can be challenging. White glove, bespoke Disney-level service is required. May not be right for every personality.
