The team. Everyone genuinely cared. If you asked for help, any member of the team would gladly assist. My boss trusted and empowered me to manage my client as I saw fit. If I needed to escalate an issue, he had my back.

Cons

As with any agency, sometimes resourcing a large amount of work at one time was a challenge. If that happened, freelancers were always approved.

Augustine is a very welcoming company that has a strong sense of community which reflects on the quality of work that is created. One of the best things about working at Augustine is the management. Managers are very understanding and constantly searching for ways to improve processes and projects. They make sure everyone’s voice is equally heard, and never miss an opportunity to elevate company moral. Augustine is an excellent company to work for, and as an employee I recommend anyone interested to apply.

You will encounter traffic sometimes if coming from or going to Dallas.
