You’re supported every step of the way with mentorship and one-on-one coaching that truly helps you grow and refine your skills. Therapists are genuinely taken care of, and the training is thorough while still being flexible and accommodating. Even simple things—like completing SOAP notes consistently and maintaining a positive outlook—are recognized. There are fun, engaging incentives like monthly raffles where therapists can earn bonus pay, which shows how much AustinDEEP values both performance and creating an enjoyable work environment.

      * Hydraulic tables in every room (no strain from constant adjusting) * No laundry responsibilities — no folding or washing linens * All materials and resources are fully provided * Free snacks and protein options to support energy throughout the day * Free on-site continuing education (CEs) * Passionate, hands-on management team that is always working to improve the company * Leadership that genuinely cares about therapists, employees, and clients * Strong growth opportunities in management, training, and instructing * Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance * PTO and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision) * Dedicated front desk team that manages scheduling and client communication * Team outings, social events, and a strong sense of community * Ongoing support through regular check-ins and guidance from House Guides (therapist managers)

      *Honestly, the biggest downside is that there aren’t more AUSTINDEEP locations yet.

      What stands out most is that they genuinely invest in you as a therapist, from supporting your continuing education to being flexible if life or an injury gets in the way. You can feel that the goal is for you to thrive here, not just show up and clock in. That's motivating.

      Cons

      Growing company which means things are changing a lot but that's more of a positive in my opinion.
