As a behavior therapist, the for is always revolving. People in and out of school or the job isn't what they thought it would be. Due to this, there are times when we are short staffed and you group bill. This isn't ideal and if there is a long period of time with short staff or call in staff, it can get tiring. However, i don't really think this is a reflection on the company as it is just this line of work. Most ABA centers have this issue off and on. A con for myself was coming from an employer that did not apply tire aba therapy and placed staff in harms way, coming to this job, even after a year, i still have old habits that have made comps difficult. Old habits die hard.
