Everyone works as a team and is very welcoming. The training is great and it’s a nice place to work.
Cons
Working some weekends and evening shifts, can be very busy if we have bad weather

Pros
Managers can be quite supportive and flexible if you have personal problems.
Cons
Some people get away with murder and barely work. This means others work harder for the same pay. There are definitely favourites and a clique. Low paid and no incentives for those who work harder. Rota only given 2 days ahead and only 4 weeks so you can never plan ahead. 24 hours means no time off for Christmas or New years or Bank Holidays. Very high staff turnover so hard to make a good team atmosphere and make friends. Working from home now means no office privileges. Very little room for progression.
