      Pros

      Amazing work-life balance encouraged. Really good atmosphere with tons of help available when needed. Team growth mentality. Constructive management style! A TON of fun to work here.

      Cons

      Only con is already being addressed! Facility could use slight upgrading.

      Pros

      Laid back, great management, comfortable atmosphere, easy hiring process, cool location, upward mobility, exploding company, benefits effective immediately, and company dog, happy hours, volleyball team, dart board, waterballoon toss, laptops, breakfasts, and giant american flag. Spencer Coates and Marie Leung are the best.

      Cons

      I felt overdressed sometimes because the attire is casual. We had to take a half day once because the president's motorcade closed down the highway and I had to go home early.
