I feel like there is very good opportunity to grow here, especially if you show initiative. I think all the managers were promoted from within, which is great. Its' definitely challenging so I get to learn a lot.

Cons

This is not for someone looking for a stable environment. Things can change rapidly. Some people enjoy this but I know many do not. Long hours probably at least a couple times a month. Pay is not great

Great learning experience. You learn a lot and get to wear many hats. Its' a great place to work if you want to make a difference. Everyone just sort of bands together when there's a big project or if there's something big we need to accomplish. The people are great. Training is another benefit - The company focuses a lot on performance so the training program was really good and left room for me to think about better ways to do things, which I love.

Cons

You sometimes have to work long hours, especially if we land a big deal but the work is satisfying when the client is happy with the work.
