Pros

- It's been great working alongside a very experienced/friendly & close-knit team - Company perks are nice - paid company trips, home office setup / bills paid for, regular social events, lunches, gaming etc - Company culture - Autonomy - Career growth / Opportunities - Remote work - Team size/atmosphere creates more of a family vibe & no office politics.

Cons

- if you're not good at playing CSGO (companies fave game) you're probably going to get Rekt during matches and end with a low K/D ratio. - pleasant fast pace environment with strong ownership, however if you're coming from a large corporate there may be a transition period for you to adjust to.

- Fast paced company, you gotta follow the train! It's not easy for everyone. I personally loved it! Less process, more done.

- A small and passionate team - Modern tech stack and attitude that means we can iterate very quickly - Plenty of perks as common for a modern tech company, including team lunches, company trips, retail discounts, home office bill support and setup. - Good balance of support and autonomy to get things done - Welcoming to new hires, feel at home quickly

Cons

Some growing pains of releasing a new product, and expanding the team size. Need to bring in more specialised people around Product and Support to help focus on these areas, but we are already looking.
