Pros
I’ve seen some of the negative reviews and wanted to share another perspective. Autumn isn’t for everyone — it’s fast-paced, expectations are high, and you’re often juggling a lot — but leadership really does care and invests in people.
Half the team was promoted in 2024, and promotions from within are the norm. There’s real development support, like media training and 1:1 public speaking coaching, plus accounts are generously staffed so you’re not left hanging. They give spot bonuses weekly when people step up to help secure placements or go above and beyond for colleagues.
Culture-wise, it’s better than most agencies I’ve worked at. Weekly breakfasts in NY and LA, active Slack channels like #bravo and #dogs-of-autumn, fun offsites, happy hours, and small touches like sending meals to new moms. Shelley and Ashley are accessible, and ops is always refining systems to make work smoother.
It’s intense, but if you like variety, exposure to big brands, and the chance to grow fast, the payoff is huge.
Pros: Growth opportunities, supportive culture, fun perks, great brands, strong promotion track.
Cons
Fast pace and high expectations aren’t for everyone — but if you thrive in that, it’s energizing.
