      Pros

      Good people, well structured. Team culture is really good than many big companies. Very good opportunities to lean on tele presence in health care. Startup but very good culture. What you do has a great visibility. Seems company has great future in health care world.

      Cons

      some challenges like other startups (keep checking on fundings, though Avail has good fundings but still), stocks are the options you have to buy and not the one provided by the company (I didn't know that). Bonus is negligible.
