      Growth and Opportunities

      Pros

      The company is growing a lot. New contracts have necessitated increasing the staff. This has opened opportunities for the existing staff. Avatar likes to promote from within and has done so consistently. Avatar has also paid for the training of employees in fields that support their duties. It is a great work environment.

      Cons

      There are very tight deadlines that must be met for our military customers which can be strenuous. Also critical KPIs are set which the company expects to be met, or a reasonable reason why not and what will be done to fix it.

      Good corporate atmosphere, well appreciated, good salary, good benefits. Always involved in innovative challenges.

      Can be difficult to coordinate with teams around the world.

      Coming out of Covid was a challenge for us, but our employees pulled together to keep the company successful. We are fortunate that we have remote employees that are even more productive today than ever. Thank you, guys, for everything you do.

      Pros

      There are no limits as to your career path. I started as a subject matter expert 8 years ago and through hard work, I've been able to progress to becoming President. Also, the mission of improving the lives of our Military, First Responder and Industry is the thing that makes me excited to get out of bed in the morning.

      Cons

      Be careful what you wish for. Many people interview with me and say they are "stuck" in their job. However, if you want to live in a world with no ceilings, you need to handle "all the weather." Our company is fast growing and requires those who are dedicated and love the pace of small busines.
