I've worked with dozens of consultancies over the years Avaus is the best because: - Supportive management who genuinely care about the staff not (just) the bottom line - Exciting technologies and clients - Proper market leading vision and strategy - Fun team that celebrates diversity

Cons

Not many. - Autonomy. A plus for me, but some people who need lots of direction might struggle with it. - Pay could always be better of course (pay can always be better).
