      Pros

      Small company, easy to get to know the owners and other employees from all departments and they are willing to give recommendations. They are very friendly and work with you on scheduling. The clients are great with huge networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Rural location and turnover can be quick sometimes since many employees are college students.
