Pros

Remote work Some travel required but usually planned in advance. Relaxed work atmosphere with a very knowledgeable team. Work life balance is an actual priority, not just something they talk about.

Pros

Avid is a growing, thriving company with lots of work and very low turnover. Leadership truly cares about the employees and working hard to be the workplace where people want to work. Great pay and benefits for a small company with lots of perks from free snacks and meals, above and beyond incentives, and random gifts just to let employees know they are appreciated. Love working here!

Cons

Hiring but need more people. They're making progress in this area.

- Remote first environment. We have the option to work in the office. - Gain experience with latest control systems through training opportunities - Able to learn new processes while working with different clients - Upper management transparency - Extremely talented, experienced, high performing team - Actual work/life balance. They don't just say it. It's a real thing here. We work hard to take care of our clients while also taking care of ourselves.

Cons

- Avid checked all the boxes for what I was looking for in a company. There are no cons from my personal perspective. I couldn't be happier with an employer.
