      Pros

      The projects are exciting, and it is easy to be focused on work and willing to achieve goals. We have had our ups and downs, as is usual in a startup. But, what is good to see is that the management team listens to us and is concerned with making corrections to what is less well. It is a very open company, where we are free to talk to anyone.

      Cons

      We need to focus more on having organized processes so the communications can improve.
