- Good ER experience, good name to put on resume, good exposure to institutional/buy-side clients - Small firm allows for interactions with senior management, sales, and clients-facing positions - Great group of analysts, friendly, approachable, and very helpful

Cons

- Business is tough (morale could be low at times), but business seems to have picked up towards the back-half - Earnings season could be rough at times but is just part of the job (i.e. 6am - 11pm for 2 weeks+) - Compensation could be better
