-Awesome vibe and very friendly colleagues, it really feels like a family -Great company culture, very open and transparent -Avy really takes care of its employees. There is free coaching, free sport/fitness subscription, infinite holidays, 360 feedback, etcetera. And most important, it's okay to make mistakes here.
Cons
Not a lot of downsides I can think of. Maybe due to the 'startup-culture', it can be a bit chaotic at times.
