      Awesome Dynamic is a company that understands you have a life outside of work. They are very understanding of emergencies and they try to help out in anyway they can. A great atmosphere Feel like you are part of a team Create your own schedule

      This is a remote only company and work is not for everyone

      Pros

      I consistently feel that I have the support of our team and leaders, as well as the opportunity to expand and grow my knowledge and skills. I enjoy the remote working environment and also value the ease I'm able to connect with anyone through chats and video chats. Lastly, I find it rewarding to work with a company that is looking to the future and working to grow not only the business but also the employees. They are also proactive to assisting staff when concerns are expressed.

      Cons

      I believe you get what you put in. Of course, there will be challenges within a remote working environment and working within Amazon's ever-changing platform. None of which I really see as cons because I understand that any situation is going to have it's flaws.
