Great company to work with. Good core values, nice staff, managers listen to employes.
Cons
Not that much to say about, Maybe a better salary for EA's because we work a lot.

I've never been at a company where the people are so authentic. Axialent seems to attract a certain a wide variety of people who seem to all share the common purpose of changing the world for the better. What I found interesting is the many different ways someone can work with Axialent. We have some full-time, part time, people who work a certain time of the year or in certain geographies. They have really set up a flexible employment model that allows for many different situations.
Cons
The company is going through a reorientation from a regional focused company to a customer focused one. While I embrace and understand the change, it can feel chaotic.
