      Variety - Java, Node, .NET, AWS, Azure, project work, staff aug Engaged leadership - New leadership clearly cares about staff and engineering

      Cons

      Job can require staff to lean new things (uncomfortably) quickly, and work location can change throughout the year (sometimes for the better, or worse!)
