      Pros

      Axio is a perfect small CRO for people looking for daily opportunities and challenges. You get chances to work with experts in fields and gain hands on experience about the latest clinical trials. A lot of career opportunities too since the company is expanding.

      Cons

      Super fast paced working environment might not be a good fit for everyone.

      Pros

      Good people: collaborative, supportive, smart. Quality work: excellent reputation in the industry. Recent merger with Cytel may open up more opportunities for advancement and diverse project work.

      Cons

      Multiple projects with sometimes conflicting deadlines. Lots of administrative work and emailing.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Always busy, never bored. Working on many projects at once- never bored Lots of great coworkers Management that listens to its employees Flexible hours Great benefits Company laptop so you can work from home occasionally

      Cons

      Once every couple months deadlines all conincide and you feel like you’re drowning- everyone is very understanding of it though due to it happening to everyone every so often Always busy- sometimes with mundane activities that would be better for an intern than a graduate degree biostatistician Retention problem- by nature CROs lose people and Axio is no different, so your coworkers change somewhat often Most management is amazing, but one or two really need to be strongly corrected or let go
