      Pros

      Got to work with some very talented Individuals, in a highly innovative team. The company has some very ambitious and interesting projects in its portfolio.

      Cons

      Fast paced work environment and sometimes long work days. Lean structure that can be difficult to adapt to when coming from a large highly structured firm.

      Pros

      Remote first company with option to work in the office if you prefer. You get to wear many hats and there's plenty room for growth. Fast paced environment with openness to experimentation and change if something is not working or something could be improved. No day is the same here and there's not much hand holding. It's your responsibility to prioritize and make sure the work is done. You get to work side by side with passionate, talented, and driven individuals. Working here is a thrill and I can't see myself working anywhere else!

      Cons

      None that I can think of other than it's always busy which is what I looked for when I was applying. It really depends on what work environment you're looking for - we move fast here. Individuals applying who have the stamina, hunger, and ambition to match will thrive!
