If you are not willing to commit to continuously improve your ops / sales processes, it will make things difficult. They provide resources to keep improving.

Great Company - Sales Grind

This company has great culture. It has a great blend of experience and a younger crowd. The Recruiting Manager here works crazy hard to find the right talent. The training team is incredible to get people up to speed. The speed of the job is fantastic for someone who likes to stay busy. If you work hard and efficent you won't have any work life balance issues besides a few one off calls. If you work hard you'll make good money here.

Cons

If you're not prepared to grind, make a lot of cold calls this could be the wrong job for you. This is a true old fashion grindy sales job.

Lots of autonomy and a great commission structure

Cons

Its a 24/7 , 365 role no matter how much work life balance you have. That said, its high risk, high reward so there really isnt a con if you are someone who loves the grind
