      Pros

      I think only top 0.01% people in the world can share similar attitude and disposition with B12 employees. I don't think I will ever have an opportunity to have colleagues as good as the ones I had at B12.

      Cons

      Salary adaptation. You get top salary people have in your area, but that's not going to be equal to the amount your American counterparts are paid. Sometimes it makes you feel as if you are a 3rd tier person just because you live in a 3rd world country.

      Pros

      B12 is filled with smart and kind people. - The product helps small service businesses, so it is nice to build something that helps a segment of customers who really need it - The leadership cares deeply about mentorship and wants to see everyone succeed in their role. - As a startup, we get to move fast and make a large impact on the team. - The business is professionally run with a lot of empathy for one another. - The company has gone remote-first, so you get a chance to work with people all over the world.

      It's a startup, so there is a lot to do!
