      Good benefits Only 7.5 hours of work that no OT

      Cons

      Job responsibilities are very limited and once you are done with your assigned daily work you got nothing else to do. This can be very boring and one of my reasons to quit. There is no advancement in your career

      - slow movement towards business operational change - metrics to measure success are not developed - complexity with multiple unions in house
