      Pros

      The business has a clear vision and investment behind them to achieve this. Work life balance is something the business values and personal development is high on the agenda. Overall, a great company to work for where your efforts are appreciated and rewarded.

      Cons

      As a business going through a transitionary period, there are challenges which management are handling well, but as with any change, there are undoubtedly teething issues. However, these changes are for the greater good of the business and with them bring many opportunities.
