Pros
BCM really gives you an opportunity to learn about the consulting industry while also allowing you to earn a really good living. Negative responses to BCM are purely disgruntled employees who didn't take full advantage of the opportunities we are given. It's a fast-paced, sales oriented environment, thus people who aren't capable of moving at that pace will unfortunately be unhappy.
Cons
Although the job is great, there are a few cons, but very few. Obviously being a sales job it requires a lot of determination and perseverance. Also the hours are longer than most jobs.
