The whole staff works as a team. There is constant communication and work ethic is key for a successful company, and this place has both. They also promote growth within the company.
Cons
Can't think of any. Even with the changes we've had to face during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company has worked hard to make sure that their employees are doing well and offer support when and if needed.
