It can be a hard job yes, but you just need to be willing to put in the effort and you can do well. With that being said if putting in effort scares if you and you want a job you can slack off at go get a retail job don't waste this company's time or your time. You don't belong in an office job. You are cold calling which is never fun, but it is a huge opportunity to learn and get better at the sales process. There is no better way to learn it. The office is a bit small which didn't bother me, but if you are looking for more of a community culture it will be hard to find here. They do still consider themselves a startup which means change at times. I know this can be concerning for some people so that's why I mention it, but keep in mind that change doesn't always have to be bad. They are trying to figure out what is best for their growth which can also bring you growth at the company
