      Wonderful Team, but couldn't survive the changing landscape

      Pros

      Amazing creatives, talented and nice colleagues to work with. Exciting, fun, but challenging work. I'm grateful for the opportunity and experience.

      Cons

      The brand did not survive the changing landscape (consumer use changes as well as COVID affecting spending). The rebranding was exciting and well thought out but came a little too late, and could not survive the effects of t.he pandemic

      Incredible culture - open, friendly, supportive and diverse! Very creative and promotes from within (great place to get experience).

      Cons

      Located in Culver City where traffic can be quite congested.

      Through covid, the company has been open, transparent, and empathetic I enjoy the weekly townhalls New leadership, new energy. Love the positivity Fun townhall, events. Excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Covid has major headwinds for the beauty industry. I hope we, the authentic, can prevail. this company really wants to overcome and disrupt the beauty industry. I'm hopeful it can.
