Everyone works together and the culture is really great. I feel part of a company that cares about customers, and everyone is so supportive. I've been in places where you're a number, not really cared for, but it's not the case here. I feel like I've joined somewhere that truly values people.

Cons

Workload levels are demanding at times.

Flexibility in hours and being able to log on early or late if you have appointments etc. Everyone seems to work together as a family and gets along.
