There was a strong sense of purpose in the work, especially knowing the app helps make complex assembly and product instructions so much easier for customers to use and understand. What stood out most was the culture. Leadership was approachable, innovation was encouraged, and people were treated with respect. It was an environment where hard work was recognized and where you felt like your contributions mattered. The company combined a fast-paced, forward-thinking mindset with a close-knit, caring atmosphere, which is rare to find.
