I could say a thousand great things about working at BIOLYTE, but the three main ones are the people that I get to work with everyday, the work/life balance that we all enjoy, and the benefits! We're a very hard-working and high-performing team that is aligned in what we're trying to accomplish, but we prioritize what's important outside of work as well. Each member of the Leadership Team is very accessible and they are all passionate about your success, both professionally and personally. BIOLYTE offers great benefits such as unlimited PTO, 100% company-paid health insurance, remote or hybrid work environments, 401(k), etc... BIOLYTE still has so much growth ahead of it and it is a very exciting time to be with the organization!
