      Great Family Atmosphere

      Pros

      BK is truly a "family" atmosphere , everyone pitches in to help and never says " It is not my job" Senior leadership can be seen "walking the floor" and assisting on the line during crunch time Work hard, play hard! The team has fun with cornhole tournaments, bbq competitions, etc.

      Cons

      The company continues to grow and this is providing more career opportunities The company has listened to the need for more flexibility and implemented half day Fridays for many of the team

      Pros

      Very family-oriented, management is helpful and not overbearing. The benefits offered are competitive. The new product line is very exciting is defiantly going to be a game-changer in the two-way radio industry.

      Cons

      The current product line is outdated and hard to sell in most markets also with global supply chain issues, lead times are long. As a result, you will have a hard time reaching your sales goals making it hard to make any commission. The company could do a better job of training new hairs as well as continued training in general.
