- You're surrounded by great people who want to be the best at what they do; - There is support and freedom to build your brand in the vertical you recruit for i.e. host events, share content - You're looked after and results are recognised with great quarterly events for the team
Cons
It's currently a small-ish team and fast-paced environment which may not be everyone's cup of tea

The entire team prioritise learning & development so that we are always perfecting our craft, and our collaborative and empowering culture means we are passionate about getting results for our Clients, Candidates and each other.
Cons
The culture is so great, it would be hard to find a greater team!
