Pros

BMT has some great people to work with and a very wide variety of work from ship design, engineering consultancy, critical infrastructure, naval engineering, AI, VR and a whole lot more. The best by far though is the people.

Cons

Can get pigeon-holed into some workstreams but Line Managers are keen to prevent this to strike a good balance and variety of work.
