Pros

The team, you learn a lot, besides the other job opportunities, you can grow in the position as an account manager for a specific client or enter the sales teams so the job itself can become more interesting over time.

Cons

Office a bit far but there is a bus. The nature of the work, leadgen, might not be everyone's cup of team

Good place to grow your career and meet people

Pros

Great company to start your career if you don't have marketing experience. You start on the phone and there are options to grow internally to Team Leader, Coaching and other management positions. There are many perks like free bus to and from the office, as well as free breakfast, fitness, yoga and language classes. It's also a great way to meet people from all walks of life because there is such an international team.

Cons

The office is far from Madrid. The nature of work - sales - may not be for everyone, but if you put in the work it will pay off.
