With new Senior Managers and Board members things have already started to change for the positive. HSE is the number one priority and new employee initiatives are being brought in regularly. Employees are being rewarded for going above and beyond, training has increased and they have implemented a health care cash plan and Mental Health first aiders to support staff with medical expenses and wellbeing. Looking forward to what is yet to come. Managers have an open door policy and are approachable.
Company is changing quickly, H&S is no.1 priority, I feel the atmosphere has changed for the better in the last six months. I am now offered training and management attitudes are also changing, they are starting to offer support not just shout orders.
