Working at BORISMTAX has honestly been one of the best work experiences I’ve had. This is a very team-oriented work culture where everyone wants to see each other succeed. What stands out the most is how many opportunities there are to grow. I’ve been able to take on new skills, expand my role, and actually use my strengths in ways that feel meaningful. The CEO and management are very approachable, friendly, and genuinely care about you, not just as an employee, but as a person. There’s no micromanaging here.
