      Pros

      - Security; it is a well-known, established, by-the-book company. - Good energy; a generally young office with well-intentioned people. - Ideas are listened to and feedback is taken seriously. - 30 days’ holiday. - Overtime and weekend work are available and optional. - Friday breakfast, birthday cake, and social events.

      Cons

      - Starting salary is minimum wage, which does not reflect the role’s demands; engineering awareness, strong troubleshooting skills, and constant handling of often irate or distressed customers.

      Smart, dedicated people who care about what they do and do it very well Great offices in London & Leeds - London has a roof terrace, fully stocked fridge and snack cupboard to make in person collaboration a fun and enjoyable experience Hackathons twice a year fires up the teams and creates great work that get pushed to production Colleagues are supportive and quick to shout out appreciatively when you have contributed something to enrich work life Diverse team with leaders that care about them Lots of potential for career development in a business that is growing and market leading

      Cons

      No cons as far as I can see - to do well here you need to roll your sleeves up when needed and sometimes wear different hats . This might not be for everyone but this agility means stuff gets done and egos don't get in the way
