The rest of the leadership team are the best in the business and share the CEO's vision. The leadership is engaged in the day to day production and problem solving, providing real-time support to the front-line PM's and employees. It's not an unusual sight to see the COO, in the field, shovel in hand.
They have integrated excellent tools to ensure success, in the back-office as well as in the field. This has a profound impact with the client base, resulting in a steady flow of work to BPG.

Cons
Not really a con, but Outside Plant Design/Construction is hard work and not for everyone. If you have an aversion to work, this may not be the place for you.
