During the pandemic, staffing was at a minimum, and expenses were frozen unless vital, but ownership invested in their hotels, provided safe working conditions, and kept the company open

New VP in 2019 brought in a lot of changes, listens and engages with hotel staff, feel more confident in future and Long-term growth.

Cons

Pay has been an issue in the past but owners and management seem to be investing more in the company, properties, and staff. Renovations are back on track, training is more available
