Pros
The growth and support I've had from BRP has been the the most positive experience I've had in my career so far. They promote on skills and experience and support when your team is spread around the globe. The work life balance is supported.
Cons
No real cons from my side. No company is perfect, but i have seen people leave BRP and then come back realising the grass was not greener on the other side.
