      Pros

      Focus on outputs, not inputs. Great local team, very supportive and knowledgeable. Fantastic training material and product range.

      Cons

      Some internal processes are frustrating and full of unnecessary bureaucracy. Things could be definitively simpler, but there is a reason also for the complexity.
