BTQ has a Great Mission and Supportive leaders. New leadership team in place is taking the organization to new and exciting heights. Very supportive culture which allows for personal and professional growth and development!

Cons

Supporting clients and their mission can be difficult but extremely rewarding work!

I've worked for BTQ for over 3 years now. It's a wonderful company doing really great work for nonprofit organizations. My experience has been very positive, from onboarding to daily work. There is support when needed and plenty of resources available. My coworkers have been very helpful and there is a teamwork atmosphere in the office.

Cons

Certain times of the year can be quite busy, but still with the proper support offered by management and coworkers it's manageable.
