Pros

BUF is the perfect studio for you if you want to try and take responsabilities (lead, supervision) fast. It's a smaller studio and the higher ups thrust people and gives opportunities to those who wants to take them

Cons

It's a homemade software, so it's difficult once you are in to switch to an other studio, plus the software is a bit outdated (not to the fault of the devs who works very hard, but because 10 people cannot possibly do it all) the pay is a bit lower than elsewhere in the industry
